There was even a time where stealing wasnt flagged as an aggressive action and you could steal from everyone in Khar without a possibility of getting caught ^^ (at that time Devs forbid to steal there till there is a fix implemented, they even threatened people to ban them for it^^ ), thats long time ago though.

Lets just remove track from every class except scout...i could live with that. Too many classes can track. Would be more exciting.

Or at least make it to where scouts are the only ones that can hunt people down.
