alright, well if nobody can come forward with any new info, I do believe I have the correct formula now, but I'll be waiting till beta, so I can do some testing of my own, before I post the final content.

trying to figure out how to calculate when a focus will be golded, thought that could be useful tool for this calc. Thats supposedly been verified, but unless I'm misunderstanding, it doesn't make sense.. As far as I know, you cant train a focus to 200% (not including buffs), but that formula insinuates an elf with 200 int could train well above 255%. I also found this on the same page :
Training Skill Max

Results are in Percentile
1) Take your main stat and divide it by 10.
2) Add your race bonus(if any) to that.
3) Add any creation runes(if any) to that.
4) Add 50 to that.
5) Add your INT to that.
6) Add 10 to that(this is to compensate for the 2 for 1 first 10 trains)
7) This final number is what you can train that skill to.

basically the same thing, just worded differently and a slight # difference.. also, anyone have a clue what they mean by "main stat"? I was thinking, for example, for daggers it would be dex? dunno, this whole formula sounds bogus to me.. anyone have a more sane one?
You need to know two different things to figure out the gold %. First you need to know how many free points you get from your stats. Second you need to know how many trains you can put into the skill and how much those trains raise the skill.

As far as I know the info at this link is either correct or nearly correct for the formulas you want. http://community.shadowbaneemulator....ead.php?t=5845

I stumbled upon this thread because I was curious to find out how much military training (+5 LA) affected the amount of defense on a def build.

The website linked to calculate defense has been suspended :\

What is the total armor defense that you get with all vorg? All +8 def LA? The closest thing I see here is the list of all the vorg pieces but the sleeves, but without the sleeves I only have an estimate I see to remember it was a low 20 number, but...
